I've been exchanging emails with J. again lately, she's my personal guide at times. Whenever I have issues she will be right there to send me the truth in a mail, in five words... amazing. She makes me realise certain things, things that I need to change, improve or simply digest. Whenever I feel bad, she can lift my spirit in seconds. I've never met anyone like her before, an old soul with great wisdom.
She's an initiated Lama, through studying the wisdom of Buddhism in Tibet for years. A hermit like myself who tend to avoid certain aspects of city life.
She painted this amazing picture for me, and told me she would bring it to Carla today so she could send it off to me. I'm so eager to see it, it is never the same in reality as it is in a photo. She called it: 'Inner journey through the shadows'. I've seen her paintings in her house; they are breath taking! This Sunday I will go on a quest, in search of a huge old wooden frame which will be the finishing touch. I can't wait to hang it on the wall...
