Golf VW 1.9 TDi SE 100
A. bought our new car yesterday. We went west of London to have a look at the car which took us nearly an hour to get there. A. took the Golf for a spin and it was love on first sight. Airco, ABS and cruise control and in my fav color: grey! We are happy! [Although it is not my Red Monster...] It's four years old so I won't have to die of guilt if I would damage it driving the freaky narrow streets of London. I'm happy that we will get rid of the Lexus now, it's totally not my thing, I've called it the 'Pimp-my-Ride' car. It's tacky... Just tacky!
[I wrote this earlier in another post about driving in London: "two lanes but cars parked on either side and the space that's left in the middle only is about the width of ONE car, can you imagine driving in these conditions? If a car approaches you, you will have to move into the empty gaps on your side of the road just to get pass each other, or he stops for you in a gap on his side. If there is none, then you will have to drive all the way back until you've found one..."]
