LochTurret
This morning we slept in quite late, we intended to get up early but when the alarm went of I didn't feel like getting up at all and so we ended up getting up at 09.45 when I heard Inge driving up the driveway in her pick-up. We got ready and went downstairs to have some breakfast. We bought some stuff at the supermarket yesterday and just before Frank would come home we went there again to fetch some extra fruit for breakfast.

After breakfast we got ready to go for a five hours walk near Loch Turret. Frank gave us a map and directions and so we left at about 11.00 and went to the supermarket to buy some more water and food for today's trip. We arrived at the Loch at 12.20 and started to walk on the right side of the Loch. There were funny sheep there and lots of beautiful heather and ferns, tiny little waterfalls and streams to cross over. Really beautiful track!!! We walked for almost five hours. Two and a half to get to the other Loch right after the first and two and a half to get back to the car again.

We missed a track though to go up the mountain and we met some other people who ran into the same problem when we were sitting near the second Loch having a break and enjoying our cup of Earl Grey and some goats cheese and cheddar. We all had a look at the map but none of us found the track to the mountain, not on the map not in reality. These other people decided to go up some other mountain. A. and I decided to go back and see if we could find the track, but we didn't so we went back to the car.

We were really tired when we got back and had to sit down for a while. We left at 17.20 to go to Perth, to Tesco and see if they sell soymilk there and some more goats cheese. While A. was driving I had a hard time staying awake and I was really dozing of all the time. I promised him I would take a ten minutes rest and he would have one while I was getting the groceries from Tesco. So while I was in there he had a ten minutes nap in the car. We were back at the house at 19.05 when dinner was ready and waiting to be served.
We were so tired, we had a lovely evening with Inge, Frank, Dorota the au pair and a wonderful dinner. We stayed up for a while and went to bed feeling completely satisfied about today.
